Where, oh where

Where oh where has my willpower gone?
Oh, where oh where can it be?
I eat whatever I can see
Oh willpower come back to me!!


  1. Love the little ditty! You can do it. I can send you some of my kids to run around after. That seems to do the trick. lol.

  2. How about changing things up - skip the c25k until you start feeling better & just walk for now.

    Do you have a heart rate monitor? I find that helps motivate me to see my actual calories burned.

    Also, what about going over to My Fitness Pal instead of doing WW? It's free & if you can find the right support group/friends it's very helpful.

    Sometimes doing something different seems to keep me interested in keeping going.
